Who's got cross-Canada fans? These guys!
Here's a fun email I received today:
I wish to order 1 copy of each CD. what form or payment do you guys prefer, check or money order or something else, also who would it be made out too. All I have to say is, you guys are great, I been telling everyone I know about you guys and they are loving you too just from the songs on your site. I came across your site by a link on a buddy Craig's site he is also in JSB "Jimmy Swift Band" http://www.thejimmyswiftband.com. Any chance your coming to the Halifax or Calgary area? If you do, your booze are so covered my me! Also I'm going to try to see what I can do to get you alittle radio air time. A buddy of mine does some work on CBC Radio and for Ryerson University and he is always looking for local people to talk too, maybe he can do an interview or something of that jazz. so let me know if you would be up to that and about the cd's, and keep up the good work.
-Rob
Ps - Free booze!

Woah woah what?? Is this for real? That's pretty crazy...and yeah, what does he mean he found our link the Jimmy Swift Band's website? That I don't get, and I'm searching that website high and low for our link, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know where it is?

I believe that Julie posted something on the Jimmy Swift site about their 'winning' the Barrie Local and Loud contest, as a joke. She may have linked the website. Can you confirm this one Julie?

I posted the link on the Jimmy Swift Band bulletin board (see their site: www.thejimmyswiftband.com).
(Just directing their readers/fans to the 'other' JSB.) I did not mention the Jim Smith Band winning round 4 of the Local and Loud contest in Barrie.
(But I did just mention it here, see previous sentence.)
If the other JSB comes to Ontario, the Jim Smith Band should offer to open for them. I think they are booked for the Foundation Club (up in Barrie) in May. Hopefully they will have some other dates in the Toronto area.
I can just see it now 'the two JSBs..."
Someone should sent the new cd "One More Second" to Craig of the Jimmy Swift Band. hmmm... maybe I will.
